DC power cables, in-line fuse holder leads and power/ground sets for 12V installs. Silicone wire assemblies for the hot zones.
A power lead is a system: the wire gauge, the fuse rating and the load have to agree, or the protection doesn't protect. We size all three together — send us the load and we suggest the holder and gauge, then hold that pairing to the approved sample.
Typical values for this line, based on what we run in production. Yours may differ. Every number is confirmed at quotation and held to the approved sample.
| Gauge | 18–8 AWG power/ground; 22–16 AWG for remote and control runs |
|---|---|
| Conductor | Copper or CCA, confirmed at quotation |
| Insulation | PVC rated -40°C to 105°C; silicone/XLPE to 125°C for engine-bay runs (nylon plug instantaneous 150°C) |
| Fuse holders | In-line ATC / mini-ANL style, 5–150 A fuses |
| Termination | Ring and spade terminals, heat-shrink boots in your colors |
| Packing | Coiled and tied, polybag or bulk export carton |
| Operating temperature | -40 °C to +105 °C (PVC builds); -40 °C to +150 °C (silicone builds) |
| Storage temperature | -20 °C to +60 °C |
| Withstand voltage | 300 V DC |
Operating temperature is the rated working range of the complete build; the Insulation row lists the conductor rating used inside each build.
AWG and copper/CCA per the load it carries.
ATC / mini-ANL style and rating matched to the circuit.
PVC or silicone, rated for the routing position.
Ring, spade or battery lugs; boot colors to your brand.
Power/ground pairs cut to your run; multi-core options.
Coiled retail packs or bulk export cartons.
