CAN Power Cable

One 60 cm split cable runs on both our TPMS receiver and our axle-temperature controller. One part number instead of two, one supplier instead of two — and the wiring has been proven on real equipment rather than on a bench.

CAN power cable for TPMS receiver and axle temperature controller
  • One cable, two devices: receiver and axle-temperature controller share the same cable
  • Read from the printing: AWM-recognized wire, 300 V, 80 °C, FT1, 22 AWG 2-core
  • Split configuration: 2-pin terminal, sealed connector and rubber grommet
  • Built to your spec: connector brand, part number and length to your system
  • Cable only, stated plainly: ships with modules that carry an FCC ID — we supply the cable, not the system

Confirmed vs. To Confirm — No Guessing in Between

This page states only what the cable itself proves. The rest we confirm with you at quotation.

Confirmed — read from the cable printing

  • Wire: AWM recognized, 300 V, 80 °C, FT1
  • Core: 2 cores / 17 strands → 22 AWG (0.33 mm²)
  • Overall length: 60 cm, split configuration

To confirm — tell us, we do not guess

  • Pin assignment of the 6-way connector. CAN needs two signal wires; the other four carry power, ground or other signals. We need the per-pin function to match your receiver.
  • Twisted pair and shielding. If the cable carries CAN data, twist and screen construction decide whether the signal is stable at speed.
  • What the 60 cm measures. Terminal to connector, or fully unwrapped including the branch? The two differ by a whole branch.
  • Jacket material, diameter, oil and abrasion resistance.
  • Yellow terminal: pin count, termination type and wire range.
  • Mating test: whether the connector mates reliably with the probe you use.
Scope, stated plainly: we build the cable. If you need the complete receiver, sensors or the fleet platform, that runs through a separate supply agreement.
