Tire Temperature Sensor Cable

Conduit-protected over the full run, splitting into left and right branches for the inside of the wheel hub, with each branch labelled LEFT / RIGHT so it cannot be plugged in reversed.

Conduit-protected tire temperature sensor cables with sealed connectors
  • Configuration: one run from the host, an inline cylindrical splitter dividing it into left and right for the left and right tire probes
  • Protection: conduit over the entire length — bare wire does not survive the vibration and abrasion inside a hub
  • Labelling: every branch carries a LEFT / RIGHT label, so assembly and service cannot reverse it
  • Production: stable batch output, not a one-off sample
  • Custom: built to your probe interface, branch lengths and channel count

Structure Settled, Numbers Pending

This page states only what the photograph confirms. Wire gauge, connector part numbers and exact lengths we have not yet verified, so we do not print them — we confirm each line with you at quotation.

Confirmed — structural facts verifiable on the physical part

  • Conduit over the full length, including both lead-out ends
  • Inline cylindrical splitter, one in and two out
  • Splits into left and right branches for the left and right tire
  • Each branch carries a LEFT / RIGHT label
  • Latching sealed connectors at both ends (polarised, with strain relief)
  • In stable batch production

To confirm — tell us before we quote, we do not guess

  • Wire gauge and core count.
  • Connector part number, pin count and gender, and whether it mates with the probe you use.
  • Overall length and each branch length: trunk run, and splitter to probe.
  • Conduit specification (inner / outer diameter, temperature rating) and wire temperature rating.
  • Whether shielding or a twisted pair is required, and whether it runs alongside the CAN cable.
Why this page says "pending" instead of printing numbers: a wrong number is worse than no number — send us your probe model and routing requirement, and gauge, length and connector come out right the first time.
Why This One Is Worth a Separate Item

The Label Is Not a Small Detail

What the hub environment demands

  • Vibration: the whole run flexes with every wheel rotation — conduit is basic, not a bonus.
  • Abrasion and condensation: connectors must be sealed and latched, not held by insertion force alone.
  • No reversed fit: the two branches look nearly identical, so the label is the only reliable way to tell them apart. A reversed cable is not noticed until the wheel comes off.
  • Batch consistency: stable output means your repeat orders and spares have a source.

Tell us first

  • Whether your probe interface is locked. If you use an original probe, the connector must mate with it — this decides whether we can build it at all.
  • Whether it runs alongside the CAN cable. Twist and shielding construction affect signal quality when the two share a route.
